Sean Heath, head of hedge fund sales at JP Morgan 's London-based cash equity sales, is joining Ruby Capital Partners , a London hedge fund set up by Steven Rubens , former head of European proprietary trading at Swiss Re , reports Financial News Online . A JP Morgan spokeswoman confirmed the departure and said it is planning five senior hires for its cash equity operation.
