Gardens hedge fund claims it was taken in by scam
A Palm Beach Gardens-based hedge fund says it invested more than a billion dollars in a now-bankrupt company that federal prosecutors allege was part of a $3 billion fraud scheme that bilked more than 20 investment groups.
