U.S. hedge fund concerns over Noranda offer 'without merit', says Falconbridge
TORONTO (CP) - The concerns of a U.S. hedge fund that is asking provincial securities regulators to intervene in Noranda Inc.'s offer for Falconbridge Ltd. are without merit, Falconbridge said in a reactionary statement Tuesday.
