WorldWater & Power Corporation Completes $4.45 Million Financing and Recapitalization
WorldWater & Power Corp. , developer of high-horsepower solar energy systems, announces the completion on July 22 of a $4,000,000 financing agreement with the hedge fund CAMOFI Master LDC, an affiliate of Centrecourt Asset Management, LLC, a New York based asset management firm.
